The City of Greenacres Code Enforcement section's mission is to continually enhance the appearance and welfare
of the community through education and the enforcement of
City, County and State Codes/Laws.
The section provides for the detection, investigation, and prosecution of violations of the city, county, and state law relating to property maintenance, sanitation, nuisances, and zoning (property use).

Some Common Code Violations:

Trash and Debris must be removed from front, side
and rear yards.

Swimming Pools must be maintained, along with the
fence or screen enclosure surrounding the pool.

Grass and Weeds must not be taller than 12" inches.
|

Illegal Boats & Recreational Vehicles boats and
R.V.s must be licensed/registered and operative.
|

Semi Tractor Trailers must not be parked in residential
neighborhoods.
|

House numbers / Rental Licenses must be visible and
a minimum of 4" in height.
|

Additions, Sheds, Garage Conversions must have permits
and inspections.
