The City of Greenacres Code of Ordinances requires property owners who lease or rent residential dwelling units to have a valid Business Tax Receipt. Applicants need to complete the rental property application and pay the required fees prior to scheduling a Fire Safety Inspection.

Property owners can view the current map of the 1500 foot distance from schools, parks, etc..., and visit the FDLE website offender.fdle.state.fl.us for a current list of sexual offenders or predators. |
