 Councilman
Jonathan G. Pearce was elected into office in March 2010.
He was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York.
In 1977, he graduated from Wilson Central High School and
in 1982, he graduated from Brockport State College and earned
a B.S. in Physical Education. Once out of college he began
working in the banking industry. In 1987, he earned his
Master’s Degree from Niagara University in Administration
and Supervision. He moved to Florida in 1994, and made Greenacres
his new home. Currently, Jonathan lives in Pine Ridge North
II located at Jog Road and Cresthaven Boulevard.
Councilman Pearce has 27 years of business experience and
is president and CEO of DMJ Holdings, Inc., Two Lou’s
Inc, and Cypress Development and Construction, Inc. His
community involvement has allowed him to work as a high
school football and basketball official; he is a member
of Greenacres Kiwanis Club, and has served two (2) years
on Pine Ridge North II Condominium Association Board of
Directors.
Hobbies include running and being with his adopted cat Wolfgang.
